I enjoy working with clients to design a package that fits you. Rather it's a specialty drink menu, hydration station, Mimosa Bar, bartending with a twist, to make their day exactly the way they want it.  At I'll Drink 2 That "We love what we do, People love what we do".

Role Overview:

As the Owner and Lead Mobile Bartender, I manage all aspects of the business — from booking gigs and mixing drinks to branding, marketing, and growing relationships with clients and vendors. It’s about more than bartending — it’s about creating a vibe, setting a mood, and turning events into memories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine at events with speed, skill, and personality

• Handle client consultations and custom menu planning

• Transport, set up, and break down mobile bar setups

• Manage all bookings, invoicing, licensing, and insurance

• Promote the business through social media, networking, and partnerships

• Ensure health, safety, and alcohol service compliance

• Train and supervise support bartenders or servers when needed

• Curate themed menus and seasonal offerings to keep the experience fresh

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified bartender or extensive bartending experience

• Exceptional customer service and people skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to move equipment

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to self-manage

• Knowledge of state/local liquor laws and licensing requirements

• Social media savvy is a huge plus
